This week we're digging into some of the challenges of being a Black woman physician. For this conversation I was joined by Dr. Tosin Odunsi.  Dr. Odunsi and I discussed her experiences in medical school, some of the microaggressions she’s experienced as a physician, how she takes care of her mental health, and she shared tips for other sisters considering medical school.
